Here’s James Lane’s original Facebook message to me on March 18:
My name is James Lane and I am a Colorado creative and am interested in sharing my stories on your show. I’m an FM radio host at 92.9FM Denver, podcaster, musician that performed The Underground Music Showcase, travel blogger that just visited my 50th state, and an actor that is a former winner on The Price Is Right. I appreciate your time and consideration.
Who the hell wouldn’t want to talk to this guy? So talk we did! And in addition to covering pretty much all of the above, we spent a great deal of time talking about our love of professional wrestling, exploring how James got into much of his current work by sticking up flyers on telephone poles, and how he doesn’t view growing up in poverty as a burden, but a gift. It’s an amazing chat.
Also, here he is on The Price Is Right:
And, his song “Earthquake Hands” by The Shaky Experience plays at the end of the episode. You can also find it right here:
Find James at his Instagram, on Twitter, his band The Shaky Experience on Facebook, Pelvis Presley on Facebook, and his podcast.
