If you’ve ever asked me about my show, you’ll know one of the most common things I’ll tell you about it is that some of the best things I hear happen once the microphones are turned off. So, since Episode 123 ran long anyway, and since we still had a buttload of beer to drink, I left the mics on for a bit as Josh, Patrick, Kerry, Kristin and I kept on drinking, bouncing tasting notes off of each other and goofing off.

This is a pretty rare thing for this show as everyone’s guard is largely down and we’re all just bullshitting with each other. So enjoy this brief peek behind the curtain where our conversation is largely unstructured and it’s just five fun people yakking with each other on a Friday night.
