Kersti Bryan has appeared on this show before. In fact, it was exactly 300 episodes ago when she was my guest on Episode 37. Weird, right? She’s back again and this time we talk about her recent role on Tales of the Walking Dead largely opposite Terry Crews and her short film Egg Party, which was recently released to the public for free. You can find it here.
Kersti and I haven’t seen each other in person in more than two years, but when we get together, we pick up like we haven’t seen each other in two days. It’s wonderful to have friends like that. When I asked her if she decided to release Egg Party because she was getting some publicity juice from her appearance on Tales of the Walking Dead, she told me that was actually coincidental. She released Egg Party because of the overturn of Roe v. Wade. And so we spend a great deal of time during this episode talking about reproductive rights, bodily autonomy and politics throughout the episode from a variety of angles. It’s a stimulating conversation that I think you’ll find both interesting and valuable.
You can follow Kersti on Instgram and Twitter. Keep up with her for more info about her upcoming roles and appearances!
You can find Egg Party here.
