Sean Rueter is a blogger and Manger of CagesideSeats.com, a daily stop (multiple times, actually) for me on the internet, and one of the best professional wrestling blog sites around. I’ve read Cageside Seats for years, and I can’t believe it took me this long to consider inviting one of their writers onto my show.

Sean shares with me how he came to turn a hobby into his fulltime gig (with health insurance!), and how he manages not to burn out doing professionally what was once a simple pastime. We discuss the history of Cageside Seats, how the site functions, and what it’s like working under a corporate umbrella. Perhaps more importantly, we spend a great deal of time talking about our history of wrestling fandom, favorite matches, why WWE doesn’t necessarily care about legacy fans like us and a ton more. We laughed our asses off revisiting my personal favorite Cageside Seats post of all-time, where Cain A. Knight postulated names for all the members of the ill-fated RETRIBUTION faction.
