The Jon of All Trades Podcast is officially 9 years old! If you had asked me when I started if I would still be doing this show 9 years later, I don’t think I would have said yes. But the truth is, while this show didn’t achieve the heights I wished for it when I started, it’s served to make me what I always wanted to be. I am a professional podcaster, and, more broadly, a professional content producer. My dream came true. I am doing exactly what I hoped I’d be doing with my life, and I am infinitely grateful to you, my dear audience, for helping make that happen.
My guest to commemorate the occasion is Vic Lombardi. Vic is a beloved Denver institution, and for good reason. He’s genuine, he’s charismatic, he’s unique, he’s opinionated, and he’s got an unparalleled work ethic. He’s also a collaborator. I’m fortunate enough to produce his show Vic Lombardi’s Denver, which can be found on Mile High Life. I welcome Vic onto the mothership to discuss his career, his insane schedule, what his insecurities are, if he gets burned out, and a lot more. Vic is candid, insightful, and always engaging. This episode is a treat, and you’re going to love it.
One note: The Jon of All Trades Podcast isn’t really going anywhere, it’ll just be less frequent than it has been over the years. More on that next week when I tell you what’s up. But for now, please enjoy Vic Lombardi!
You can find him weekday mornings on Altitude 92.5 fm, doing work on Altitude TV in and around Nuggets games, on Twitter, and of course on Vic Lombardi’s Denver on Mile High Life.
This episode is available on iTunes, streaming on Spotify, on podcatchers everywhere or at the Jon of All Trades homepage.
