Bruce Lambert is the owner of Dog House Denver, Denver’s premiere doggy day care. From their website: “At Doghouse Denver your dog will enjoy constant care and supervision from our loving, skilled, and knowledgeable handlers. Our team is passionate and experienced in interacting and engaging with dogs of all temperaments. Dog House Denver is not only THE spot to physically exert your four-legged friend, we are also focused on appropriate socialization between dogs.”4
On this week’s show, Bruce shares with me his entrepreneurial journey where a seemingly one-off job at a doggy day care led him to where he is today. We talk about the unique challenges of starting a business from the ground up, the interesting lessons along the way, and the incredible support he’s received from the community. He also shares the weirdest dog-related thing he’s had to deal with, which is pretty damn funny. Overall, it’s a portrait of a good guy who learned as much as he could and then took the leap, which has now led to success. It’s a fun story! And plus, y’know, DOGS!
