Ramesh Madakasira is the creator of Urban Village Eat & Sip, located at 9234 Park Meadows Drive, Suite 700 in Lone Tree, CO. He’s also an IT professional who manages teams in the US and India.

I sat down inside Urban Village with Ramesh and he bestowed upon me a pot of chai and an order of the delicious crispy and a bit spicy Urban Cauliflower as we talked about what compelled him to start a restaurant when he already had a successful career, what challenges he’s faced, what sets Urban Village apart from other Indian restaurants, and how Ramesh isn’t at all interested in wasting the time he has. He’s always creating, and this episode is a terrific snapshot into the mind of a driven and creative entrepreneur.
